 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The heating unit went out in our bedrooms on Friday evening.  I scheduled for Monday (although they offered to come earlier).  Kevin was there by 8:15 on Monday He drove to pick up the part and had it replaced and had the warmth going before noon.  He explained everything and showed pictures (since I was not going up there in the cold attic). I would never use anyone else except Texas HVAC experts.  The part was for a control board on our 2009 equipment.  I have nothing to base the price on, but since beginning with Chris, I have never been overcharged and I am sure I was not overcharged for this.
